1. General Policy
All products sold by Bourbon Peptides are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or medical applications.
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or improperly stored products.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- You must email support@bourbonpeptides.com with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
- We may request the item be returned to us for inspection.
- Once verified, we’ll issue either a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
Please note: Claims received after 7 business days may not be eligible for resolution
3. Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to initiate a trace.
- If the carrier confirms the loss, we’ll resend or refund your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
4. Product Handling and Storage
Peptides are highly sensitive research materials. Once received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:
- Store products under appropriate laboratory conditions (typically cold/dry or refrigerated as applicable).
- Handle all items in accordance with research safety protocols.
We cannot replace or refund items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or contamination after delivery.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- All returned items must be in original, sealed packaging.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once tracking information has been generated, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
